Welcome & Instructions
You found it! This is where you will post your weekly update in regards to your nutrition goal you set during the nutrition unit. Your response should be at least a paragraph long and insightful. In other words, "I'm doing fine with my goal," will not be accepted.
This is due every Friday beginning week 6. This is the Friday before our first 6-week grading period. Each post is worth 5 points.
I will try my best to respond to you regularly, however, feel free to chat with each other through this blog about your goals, just make sure EVERYTHING is appropriate!

ReplyDeleteMy nutrition goal is to get more sleep. I am currently getting only 6 1/2 hours of sleep a night due to having to wake up exceptionally early to go to school. I know this is bad for me so I will make a goal to increase sleep by half an hour a week.
