Since first beginning to track your goal, have you realized it's a pretty difficult task? Sometimes we start out setting goals for ourselves, thinking they are realistic. After trying to stick to it for a week or so, we quickly realize it may be unrealistic for us at that point in time. Would you like to make any adjustments to your goal now that you've had a couple weeks to see how you did? If not, what would be the next step to attaining your goal?
I have not had too many difficulties in keeping to my goal; I just need to find more veggies to squeeze in with meals, rather than just finding a random time in the week(s) to eat ten carrots. The next step to reaching closer to my goal? Finding a way to cook / prepare vegetables that sounds appealing to just eating them raw ( though apparently you end up sucking the nutrients out when you heat up veggies).
ReplyDeleteThe only thing i would like to change on my nutrition was to eat what ever vegetables i have available to me and not just carrots and broccoli.
ReplyDeleteMy goal so far has been going well. I enjoy being active (sometimes). The only thing bringing me down is that sometimes I dont have any energy left.

ReplyDeleteSince we started I've been on a steady path to achieving and keeping my goal. But at most there are two days out of the week that I pig out on sweets as if I needed to make up for the days I didn't eat sweets. So I think the key to achieving my goal is to stay mentally strong and not give in to my sweet temptations.
ReplyDeleteWell my goal is now to drink way more water and start excersing more! ive been busy latelty so ive been trying to fit in the excercise to the schedule. i get tempted but i dont drink soda. also the healthy food and snacks has been okay i think i just need to think about it
ReplyDeleteKeeping my goal has been easy for the most part. Instead of eating cereal when I get home I try to eat an orange or apple. It is harder for me on school days, but I have kept up with my goal fairly well.
ReplyDeleteI think i am doing well in drinking 8 oz or less of chocolate milk a day. i think the next step is to not just drink less chocolate milk, but to replace it with something healthier, like 8 oz of orange juice

There have been some struggles with my nutrition blog. One thing is stress. Often things like my family members getting sick or loads of social anxiety can make me to loose track of my goals. Other factors include ignorance. Sometimes I forget I had a blog to keep up completely and will not go through my plan.
ReplyDeleteWell I was doing good when I started, but now I'm just kind of going downhill since I've been really busy lately. Sometimes I would get so tired that I would even forget my goal. But I plan to stick with it until the end.
ReplyDeleteI have not found many significant difficulties when maintaining my goal. However, it has been somewhat difficult to be consistent in keeping my goal relevant when my schedule differs from day to day. It was also impossible to keep my goal over the weekend due to a tennis tournament.
ReplyDeleteIt hasn't been all that hard for me. I'm not home all that much though, I never have been. I'm always going somewhere and in the car. I'm starting to bring a water bottle with me whenever I go into the car and try to keep track on how many I've had during that day.
