Nutritional Goal Update- Due April 5th

After creating your nutritional goal, what have you found to be difficult about sticking to it? How did you do over spring break?

  1. i kept my my goal of eating breakfast pretty well i only missed 3 days of meals out of the whole spring break! it was difficult to remind myself every morning

  2. It's been up and down, I started out well but during spring break I didn't hold back on the sweets as much as I could of.

  3. Over Spring Break, I did better than I thought I would. There was about two or three days I only ate around one serving of vegetables, but other than that, it went okay. However, difficulties are often involving finding varieties of vegetables to eat; I seem to only be interested in carrots, and few simple/generic veggies.

  5. I am doing well on my goal. Some days i drink more chocolate milk than i should, but some days i don't drink any at all.

  6. I have a goal of atleast drinking one glass of milk a day considering my calcium in take right now. Still just getting over the taste of milk is difficult.

  7. Over the break, my goal of trying to get enough sleep every night went absolutely well! I got SOOOO much sleep! But then this week happened & I had to start getting up early... I need to get to bed earlier to make this work out.

  8. Over Spring break, I actually was able to accomplish my nutrition goal for the first few days. Towards the end I got lazy and didnt get it in the last few days but I'm working on it.

  9. Over the past few days I have been working out each day I come home from school. I have cut down on soda and started adding healthy things to what I eat.

  11. Over Spring Break, I didn't make any progress due to my mission trip and actually got less sleep so I guess I will start working towards my goal as of now.

  12. My goal of getting an hour of excessive everyday is going well. I have been going to the gym as consistent as I can.

  13. The hardest part i had to deal with over spring break was my craving of chips but i only ate over the amount i wanted to eat a couple days.
