My nutrition goal is to only drink 1 can of soda per day. I typically have 2 and in the past have had up to 40 oz of soda per day. I know that these are empty calories that I don't need. Instead, I will try drinking at least 64 oz of water a day.

ReplyDeleteMy nutrition-related goal is to eat more sevings of vegetables; I only consume a mediocre amount each day: 1-2 servings, or not much at all, which is not healthy when constantly active. I am also shooting for less amounts of fat, sugar, and calorie intake to reduce chances of future health problems.

ReplyDeleteACTUALLY!!! I WANT TO CHANGE MY NUTRITION GOAL! I want to get enough hours of sleep. I usually get 5 hours of sleep & that is very bad. Like, I can function & go on with my day with not enough hours of sleep, but it's terrible & such a bad habit!

My new SMART nutrition goal is to eat at least 10 servings a week of vegetables, whether that be directly or indirectly. I currently consume around 6-8 servings a week, approximately, and could spare to eat more vegetables when I am hungry, rather than an apple when I have already digested the recommended amount of fruit. I will complete my original goal significantly before the end of this semester in June.
ReplyDeleteI had an easy time eating a variety of foods. My parents love to cook healthy foods. Even when we stayed in Sunriver for the break we stayed in the rental home for meals. It is easier to eat well at home than at a restaurant.
ReplyDeleteFor my nutrition goal i will eat 2 more servings of carrots and broccoli. I will also eat one less serving of chips.
