Do you think tracking a nutritional goal is important or do you feel like it is just "busy work?" In other words, could you stick to your goals without being responsible for writing them down or reporting how you are doing to someone regularly? trying to keep track of my nutrition goal is harder than I thought. I have to make sure I'm getting enough sleep and eating the nescisarry amount of fruits. but overall I am trying my best.
ReplyDeleteI believe tracking your goals is important, but only to a certain extent. If you have gotten into a good habit of keeping track of your goals and keeping up with it, then why would one need to constantly write something down? if it is kept at a solid, constant habit, than trying to write or tediously keep tabs on a goal does become "busy work".
ReplyDeleteI believe tracking your goals is good and important because you'll know if your doing a change. At the same time it should be a period of time your tracking this because then you should be able to think and say to yourself to stick to it. its only 'busy work' if you keep forgetting about it.I mean we don't even get a lot of assignments in health so this should not be hard.

ReplyDeleteI think it helps me a lot to track my goal. If i don't have someone to check if i'm keeping up with my goal, I try to journal about it or make a schedule in an Excel spreadsheet to help me keep on top of it

I think it is a good thing to keep track of your goal, but i don't think you need to physically keep track of it. Otherwise if you can keep on top of it by mentally reminding yourself then your good to go.
ReplyDeleteIt is important to track your goal because it is helpful to have a reminder out side your own memory. A schedule is a great way to remind yourself to keep on your goal.

I feel my goal is important. It is an important thing to stay healthy because it decreases your chance of sickness and extends your life. The main issue is reminding yourself to do your required health task for that day.
