Nutrition Goal Update- Due May 31st

This is our last nutrition goal blog! Throughout the past few months that you have been tracking your goal, or at least you should have been, do you feel like you accomplished anything? Even if you didn't stick to your goal all the time, do you feel you took steps toward making a healthy lifestyle change? Explain your answer.

  1. I feel like i have been keeping on track with my nutrition goal. i have been eating 2 servings of fruit a day and been drinking more and more water. I believe im on the right path for a healthy lifestyle.

  2. Yes I feel like I've made some progress, I have stuck to my goal most of the time. For the times I did the update I feel like it helped me keep track of it and how I can do better with it.

  3. In feel that i kept track to the best of my ability so i feel i did accomplish my goal very well so i believe i have met my goal that i have been practicing.Yes i do think i am going towards a healthier life style and this will not only help me now but also in the future!.

  4. I do feel like i've accomplished my goal. I feel i have kicked my unhealthy habit, and keeping track of my goal has helped me accomplish it.

  5. While it was difficult to put forth the effort to actually try to follow a plan to achieve a greater amount of sleep that I do not usually get, I believe that I have gotten closer to my goal. I usually get about 8 hours of sleep now so I think that its accomplished.

  6. I do feel that I have accmoplished eating more carrots and other assorted vegetables from time to time, but it could be better. I already ate relatively healthy before, but I knew that setting a goal to consume more veggies was a must. So, in a way I do feel that I have made a healthier change in my personal eating habits.

  7. I also want to add that it wasn't just eating more veggies that changed, but watching more closely at what veggies of fruit/food in general gave me nutrition-wise. Watching how much I ate made me think more about what foods were giving me what nutrients, so I feel more aware of what goes in my stomach now as well. -Maegan M

  8. I believe the way I set goal was designed for me to be consistanant in my health. I have been healthy throughout my time so I feel it has been a success.

  9. i feel that i have accomplished my goal of eating healthier and also feel i could improve on it also. I am confident that i could easily keep track of another goal that is simple as this one.

  10. My goal for wanting to get enough sleep made me realize that it is absolutely important to sleep at night. I learned that doing so makes me so much more energetic and willing to put up with people i find annoying. I probably won't stick with this goal because of summer, but it was really nice to wake up every morning with that "LETS START THE DAY" kind of feeling.
